Your welcome. Thank you for holding Denisha! On this model anytime the steering warning comes up like what you're seeing with your vehicle, this is to let you know that the steering computer has detected a fault with one of the steering components. In most cases, it is the power steering motor itself that fails and has to be replaced. Some of these vehicles are still covered under warranty for this steering issue to where a dealer may diagnose and repair the issue free of charge for you. The only way to find out if your vehicle is still covered for the steering issue is to speak with a dealer using your vehicle's VIN number. In order to determine the steering component at fault what needs to be done is to have a fully compatible scan tool plugged into your vehicle's data port that can read all of the computers in your vehicle to see if any fault codes are stored with this issue. Once this has been done, any codes that come up can then be diagnosed to help pinpoint and repair this issue. This will require the use of a high-end scan tool that can read all of your vehicle's computers. If you do not have a scan tool to check the fault codes yourself a shop or dealer can check the fault codes as well as diagnose the issue for about a 1-hour labor charge ( around $100 ). The cost to repair the problem varies as it depends on which component has failed that requires repair or replacement.

that means I need to replace the power steering rack
Automotive Expert
If the power steering motor is faulty then the rack itself would need to be replaced. This can cost over $2000 if a dealer will not cover the costs due to an extended steering warranty on your vehicle. The only way to be sure is to have a dealer check to see if the steering is still covered under warranty and then retrieve the fault codes to identify the fault.

Engine light is on and sometimes the power in the engine reduces
I believe that the speedometer needle going up as the car is started is a factory feature that was added by Chevrolet on purpose. As for the acceleration issue, I would recommend having the vehicle scanned for trouble codes (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/how-to-read-and-understand-check-engine-light-codes-by-jason-unrau)...
The driver side power window will not roll back up
The most common cause of the window will not roll up (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/window-is-not-going-up-or-down-inspection) is caused by the window regulator binding up causing the motor to bind. I would recommend having the motor and regulator checked and replace motor and regulator. (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/window-motor-regulator-assembly-replacement)...
