Hi I'm Bart. I'll be helping you today. I'm sorry you're having vehicle problems. I know that can be frustrating!
It's not ideal to get water and snow on the wiring, but, typically it won't affect anything. The wires are insulated.
The PCM and major electronic components are protected inside the vehicle away from the wheel well.

I would recommend that the shop put the vehicle on a lift and inspect the wiring and chassis for any abnormal corrosion. Typically, I would recommend washing things off with clean soap and water. Then assembling them when they are dry.

I’m not familiar with the wires that is behind what I am looking at and I’m only trying to figure out what this wires are for and I’m expecting to have my new liner installed by this weekend

I'm not going to be able to provide the specifics for each wire in proximity to the wheel well liner. If you have concerns about a specific color wire, if you could provide the which wheel well this is, I may be able to provide the information pertaining to that wire.
