Have you visually checked the [engine](/topics-engine-ford/) yet? Specifically the air intake hose that connects the air cleaner to the engine. Make sure the hose is tight and not torn and that the air filter housing is clipped in correctly.

How do we check it

Make sure both ends where it is clamped is tight. Make sure the hose is not falling off. Visually look for any tears in it or any other air leaks associated with that tube.

I am not getting it. Besides the noise does the engine run any different or has the check engine light been on?

No the engine runs good just no power when acceleration it drives really slow and a wind sound every time you push the gas pedal

If the air intake system is OK, a restricted [exhaust](/topics-exhaust-ford/) can act the same way. For that the exhaust would need to be disconnected and inspected. Also a failed mass air flow sensor can act similar to what you describe as well.
