Q: Q: Door not unlocking

asked by on

The driver's door doesn't lock. And, if I am able to get it locked, I cannot unlock it with the key. The key only works for the driver's side door, so I can't enter through the passenger's door either.

Hi there. This sounds like an issue with your vehicle’s safety device malfunctioning. I strongly suggest having a certified technician, such as one from YourMechanic, correctly diagnose the door locking issue more precisely.
