While I'm driving usually once I hit at least 45-50 mph, if I push on the gas just a smidge going up an incline or to just gain a few more mph my rpms will jump from 1.5/2 to 4/5, the needle will stick there for a bit and slowly come down then my car jerks and it's not a super easy jerk.
