Typically this is caused by a faulty torque converter or a loose air intake hose so I would check both of those first. Also check to make sure your transmission fluid is full and clean. Open the hood and check the air intake hose to the throttle body to make sure it's completely connected and tight. This could also be caused by a dirty air filter.
