The codes coming up indicate an issue with either the 1-2/4-5 shift solenoid failing inside the transmission, a wiring issue leading to the solenoid from the transmission computer to the solenoid itself or a fault with the transmission computer internally to where it has to be replaced.
In order to determine the cause, the wiring has to be inspected for any issues. If a wiring fault is found it will need to be repaired. If the wiring is o.k. then the solenoid has to be tested to identify if it needs to be replaced. If the solenoid has to be replaced this can cost over $300 to have it replaced. If the solenoid is o.k. then the transmission computer would need to be replaced and programmed by a dealer and this can cost over $700 to have performed in some cases.
Below in the link is the testing procedure that has to be followed to pinpoint the issue. If you do not have the tools to do this testing yourself then a shop will need to perform this for you.
