Hi there, could you be more specific about the coolant leaking onto the ground creating a puddle or if you notice the coolant levels are low? If you notice puddles, it is most likely one of the seals for the coolant hoses or the hoses themselves. If your coolant levels are low, you may have an internal leak which could be caused by a broken head gasket. There are other Altima owners reporting issues with head gaskets. Either way my advice would be to enlist the help of a technician to assist you in finding the cause of the coolant leak and fix the problem that you’re having.
