Q: Converting

I hit a deer 2days ago and really messed my grill and header panel up on my 2004 grand marquis. In the process of finding new parts I thought of converting the front end to an 2006. Could this work?

My car has 153000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

The body for these two models are different. The mounting locations for the the front header panel is going to be different on each one. You can try, but I do not think the parts will be interchangeable.
