Q: Convertible top not working
My convertible top is not working.
The problem could be with the convertible top module, hydraulic system, cables or latches. The diagnostic procedure for your top says to start by checking for diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) in the convertible top module. Then, the convertible top limit switch should be monitored with a scan tool while operating the top normally. If that doesn’t reveal anything, the latches and cables should inspected for proper operation. Finally, the hydraulic pump and lines should be inspected.
