if this is just a broken steering rod then you will be around the $250 range to replace with an alignment
the stabilitrak light is most likely illuminated because the steering wheel position sensor is reading off.
this will be reset when an alignment is performed.
This will still need to be inspected by a tech for any other components that might have been bent by the impact which could include [control arms](/topics-control-arm/) and struts which unfortunately will raise the repair bill to the $1k range
i would have the front end inspected my a tech before replacing any components
a alignment and steering angle reset will need to be performed after the repair
