Thanks, You can purchase a meter, they are pretty cheap around $30 minimum. This code means the ECM detects that the airflow rate is more than the calculated airflow for more than 0.2 s. That can indicate the air filter is incorrect, the MAFis dirty or bad, or the MAF sensor wiring is faulty, or there is a concern with the PCV system. Here is a TSB for this code.
