Hello, my name is \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* I will be glad to assist you with this starting problem. When you say the car is slow to start, does that mean the starter is cranking slowly, or the starter cranks okay, but the car takes a long time to fire? There is a difference.

I turn the key and it like goes to start but struggles a secondthe second option I guessthen the four ways started when the car turned on. I shut them off and shut the car off and restarted it and the same thing happened

The first thing I am going to suggest is you have the battery tested for proper voltage, and to see if it can handle a load. These are two different tests. If the battery has not been replaced since the car was new (in 2017), there is a very good chance it is beginning to fail. Car batteries are only good for about 2 to 3 years, and your car is at 3 or going on 4 years old. If the battery passes both tests, then you will need to have the BCM scanned for any trouble codes to continue with the diagnosis. All vehicles built after 2010 are wholly and completely computer reliant for them to operate properly.
