Q: Car won't start. Cranks won't turn over. Lights come on. No check engine.

I had a Ignition lock put in recently for a previous d.u.I. ever since the mechanic installed this device the car stopped starting within 48 hours. He fiddled around with wires under the steering wheel. Never had this issue before
