Q: Car vibrates while idling

asked by on

The car vibrates while idling.

The crankshaft damper has been known to cause an engine vibration, due to it separating and getting out of balance, causing the engine to vibrate. If this is the case, it may need to be replaced. I recommend having a mechanic diagnose the cause of your car’s vibration, and recommend the best path to repair.
