depending on how bad it is the seats will prob need to be taken out and carpets and seats shampooed clean. that usually does the trick, theres tons of videos on youtube about it also a ozone machine works well to get rid of remaining odors

Hey so I just took out the removable carpets and scrubbed them with shampoo in the shower. I put baking soda on the carpet inside the car. What else should I do?

you will need to get a carpet cleaner and do the same thing to the carpet in the vehicle and treat the seats depending on what material they are. they best way is to pull all the seats
