Q: Car isn’t starting back up

I have a 2012 mustang v6 6spd I was shifting from 3rd to 4th and the car just shut off, and now it’s not turning over at all it’s cranking but that’s it, I disconnected the battery to resets the system and reconnected it again and it’s just cranking and not turning over, gauges and lights are all working, everything on the car is good oil levels, battery connections, can’t seem to figure it out
My car has a manual transmission.
