Can you jump a car still after engine blown?

My car has 10498 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

when you say the engine is blown there are different levels of a blown engine. If your engine is seized then it cannot be jumped since the engine will not turn. If you have a blown head gasket and engine can still turn then you may be able to jump start the engine for a short time if engine is overheating or runs real bad.

Can my 2003 non-turbo 2.4 L engine be swapped into my 2004 turbo PT Cruiser?
Anything is possible, but it's not a straightforward swap. The powertrain control module (PCM) is different as is the wiring. I'm sure there are other subtle differences as well. You could use the 2003 as donor car and pull everything...
