does that have a magnetic base? What was the Plug connected to What does the other side of the plug look like? where did you find it? Is there a Brand?

I've found two before that looked similar I threw each one In a cow field . No trust me I'm being trackedI was confronted the moment I walked in the door . I understand.....Some can have internal battery IF not connected, but typically be put in a place to have an active signal to Satellite, Cell Phone or Internet
