Q: Battery is not charging properly

first my battery light in my car came on than my radio cut in and out than all my lights came on on the dash than my car shuts off when parked and wont stay started we can get it jumped but have to keep getting it jumped the car stays started when we remove the battery than we try drivin it again and it shuts off and have to have it jumped again and im not sure why?

My car has 18000 miles.
