Q: Problems with convertible top and power seat

asked by on January 27, 2016

The convertible top doesn't go completely down. Also, the driver's side seatbelt doesn't retract and the power seat does not move forward or back.

Hi there. Sounds to me that your vehicle’s top is a bit off track. This is the same concept as a window being off its track. It will neither close or open all the way. To ensure precise diagnosis, have a certified technician, such as one from YourMechanic, further inspect your car’s convertible top and power seating issues.
