Q: AC works if remove fuse and put back in again
I have a 04' Buick Regal LS. When I turn on the AC nothing comes out. When I remove the 10 amp HVAC fuse on the side of the dash, warm air blows out. When I put the fuse back in, ice cold air comes out. Why is this? If I turn the air off, then on again I get nothing. I have to do the process over again. The air only works on the highest setting which is 5. I've replaced the blower motor, blower motor resistor & temperature control switch. I have no idea what to do next. Please help. Thank you.
