Q: 89 S10 injector not functioning. ECM is good
Bought the truck recently and hasn't ran yet. Simple version. Tested for fuel to the throttle body and have it in and return. Poured fuel manually into the throttle body and the engine will run. I'm not getting the rapid fire ground from the ECM to complete the injector circuit and electronically insert fuel. Good power on positive wire. Good cont. on the blue ground from injector to ECM. Last owner replaced ECM, ignition module, Hall effect, distributor cap, throttle body, and injector. So there is a gremlin. Anyone have an idea where it might be?
