Damian was great. Water pump on a van is a difficult job. He arrived armed with the tools he needed and got the job done right in way less time than a shop would take.
Very clean appearance, on time, called when he arrived,even thought I wasn't outside, hand shake when we met, explained what had to be done too my chevy blazer and check to make sure what had to be done was getting done. Then as he checked , he found out only the lesser amount needed to get done. True honest mechanic, other shop mechaics quoted the more expensive work.Compled the job, clean up and removed the old parts and made sure everything was up and running and was very, very happy with his work and he also save me a ton of money. and it is my pleasure to express my appreciation to him for the exceptional manner in which he did his job on my vehicle. Fabrice did an excellent job diagnosing a coolant leak (which I originally thought was a water pump leak meaning a timing belt replacement), and went above and beyond when finding and replacing an O-ring which is no longer available even in aftermarket. Fabrice is ASE certified - that should be added to his mechanic profile.
Fabrice is very knowledgeable in his craft and willing to share his experience and explain things. I drive an older car that is approaching 350,000 miles and the end of its lifespan, and Fabrice was open about the repairs he recommended, but also acknowledged that this vehicle is getting to the point where it would need to be frequently maintained in order to keep it running, and suggested that it may just be time for a new car, which I had long suspected. His knowledge and transparency were much appreciated on my part.
