I cannot say good enough words to describe the experience with James. He came on time, did a great assessment of the problem of the car, made me save money, was incredibly kind and generous to provide extra service for free, and he even came with me to the Auto Parts Shop before doing the extra work for FREE UNDER RAIN!!! I cannot say enough good things about our experience! John figured out the problem, showed us and explained in detail what was going on. He was also super concerned about my daughter’s safety and discouraged driving the car further until it is fixed. He then took the time to get estimates; order the parts and schedule an appt to fix the car! Highly recommend!!!!

Jimmi was professional and communicated well what the window issue was. He had to make two trips, because a part was needed to be ordered, and when the part came in, he came a day earlier than scheduled in order to complete the job for us. Definitely will use Jimmi again.!
