Jose was early which is very much appreciated. He is very friendly, but also professional. I had repaired the car myself, but was missing something in my work. Jose diagnosed it immediately upon arriving. It was such a little thing that I felt embarrassed. Jose is amazing and honest. What a rarity these days.
