Johnathon was truly heaven sent. He came at a time when I was desperate to get my car running and was in a panic because I use my car for my business. He was able to calm me down and took his time checking the battery and fuses. The issue ended up being the battery was completely dead and not charging even after a jump start. Sorry but I must admit I had a great deal of anxiety about this service. Like many people, I am skeptical about all things related to cars - dealers & 'repair shops' in particular. However, my impression at this point is that this is a great service. I didn't feel as if I was being "taken for the proverbial ride". Christopher seemed to be both thorough & knowlegeable. Exceptional Service. This was my 1st time using YourMechanic.com. The mechanic, Jose, was very knowledgeable & courteous. We thought it might have been a bad alternator and instead it was just a bad battery even though that battery was only 5 months old. So appreciate the honesty of Jose.
