In the end, he informed me everything had been replaced and showed me the old parts then told me to keep my previous serpentine belt because it was in good condition and made in the USA! Robert arrived punctually @ the specified appointment time. He checked all the problems i told him about, explained what i had to do e.g. i had to get an oil change immediately. I was disappointed he could not do it, because he did not have the engine oil. His one on one show & tell was great. Very satisfied with his service.
