Also it was very refreshing to be able to talk to the mechanic while correcting the problem. After correcting the problem he test drove the vehicle in which I appreciated. Alonzo, came out in the rain prepared to replace the Starter on my car, which I greatly appreciated. But, after making proper diagnosis he realized the issue was not with the Starter but with the AC compressor. My car started up after he looked under the hood and showed me what was actually causing the Issue. However he suggested that I not try to drive it until the AC compressor was replaced. I am “Thankful” that the car did not stop while I was driving. And, I am even more “thankful” that Alonzo showed me in real time, also explaining what the problem was.
