Chris was on time and promptly got to work on a difficult and time consuming engine mount replacement; a problem with the part I supplied required more time to complete the repair than anticipated, yet Chris was able to rearrange his schedule to complete the repair the same day. This required him to make a second trip (during rush hour traffic) to finish a frustrating installation, yet he never lost his cheerful "can do" attitude and quickly finished the repair.
