Top notch service with integrity. We thought our starter needed replacement. After doing a diagnostic exam he let us know it was the battery. He could of told us it was the starter. We wouldn't have known the difference. He ran another diagnostic after the battery replacement just to be sure. I will definitely recommend Jose and Mymechanic to my friends. Should I have other issues with my car will ask for Jose. Very nice and amicable demeanor.

Jose got the job done and on budget. Easy to communicate with and patient with my questions while he worked. He verified everything was working properly before he left. My Hyundai model makes the alternator replacement much more complicated than the average car due to space constrains. Even though he didn't immediately know what would have to be pulled from the engine compartment to make space, he was able to use his experience and judgment to find the correct procedure. I called the dealership and they confirmed he had the correct plan of attack to get the alternator out and replaced.

Ken was fast, professional, and friendly. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and was back early the next day to fix it. He explained the issue and also helped me troubleshoot a few other things that were going on as well . While I hope I don't need to see Ken again soon, I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if needed.
