Jose was awesome! He was right on time and got the repair done faster than I thought. He was also thorough in his work, and took his time explaining exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, what he did to fix it, and made sure that nothing else was amiss. He came prepared with the right equipment and was very clean with the work. Should I need to use YourMechanic again, I'll ask for him. :)

I though Jose was great. He was extremely communicative and didn't seem annoyed by my random inquiries. We also had a struggle with getting the correct belt for my water pump replacement and he followed through on multiple fronts to get his hands on one. My only minor complaint was the time between the initial inspection and the work. The first appointment was almost a week away and it would have been awesome if that was a little faster. But the work was great!

Gerron completed repairs based on diagnostics today. I believe he's figured out the problem with CEL that's been causing me headaches for months. I really appreciate him answering all my questions, explaining/showing me the cause of the problem, the remedy and how it all works. That is real important to me. Something you rarely get from an Auto Shop. He did a great job and I feel confident if something might still come up he's got my back. Very cool...
