Being on time is everything to me and Tyrone Savoy showed up a little before 7:00 am for our scheduled 7:00 am appointment. He was very courteous, professional and positioned himself to get ready for work right away. When the work was completed I planned to speak with him concerning my brakes which were beginning to grind when pressure was applied. However, Tyrone beat me to the punch with a suggestion and a quote. He clearly explained what parts I needed and why I needed it. I will be using him to keep my car in good running condition because he is knowledgeable, has the experience I require and has a great work ethic.
