Cesar was timely and friendly,he helped to show me how to put in a starter relay, after he had installed a new starter...the car still did not turn over..which was costly on my part. Next time, when I have a car that won't start, is to have it towed to the automotive shop !!

He was very attractive to what needed to be done. He provided and educated me about the care maintenance regarding my car's care, made suggestions on what I could do myself to reduce cost. He provided a great service to me and my car.
