Ian was friendly, fast, and quite competent. The service was reasonably priced and easily understood. Upon completion, he went throughout the car and suggested the rear brakes needed to be replaced and I would receive a bid for parts and labor via email. The next morning, his bid was -as expected- in my inbox. I intend to follow up as time and circumstances allow.
