Colin exceeded my expectations by pulling out a major dent in my car's door and body. Now it performs like it was never damaged, and he didn't charge me extra. He also guided me to a precise look at the damage done to the shock, something I had never done with a shop technician. Colin really seems to understand automobile parts, function, and the hazards of driving with the sustained damage. He complied with the rules of the company. Colin made a good first impression on me based largely on his tenacity and perseverance with the dent. He was friendly, fair, and optimistic. .
