John was very professional and tried to provide excellent service. His battery charger broke so he couldn’t diagnose my car’s problem. Is it possible for him to come back and diagnose my car for no charge, once I get the battery charged? I don’t mind paying but I feel like the cost should be discounted because of the non-diagnostic. Despite the fact that the app was down and the website- I had sent a phone number to Johnny, and he was on time and showed up not being able to access the information, but in 20 minutes was able to diagnose the issues and my son's car was running again!
