Good communication from tech but he spent only 15 minutes with the car. Test drive was about .2 of a mile. Down to the stoplight and a U turn He got to the dealership before I did and before his scheduled time for the review of the car. Scheduled time was 12:30p and he was there before 12p. I showed up at the dealership at 12p. He was given the wrong car by the dealer so he had to change to the car I wanted. I have used this service many times and this was the least amount of time spent with the car that I have experienced by a tech. He seemed to be in a hurry to go and had a women waiting for him outside the dealership. Lunch date I guess.

I scheduled to have my alternator replaced, as the guy at Autozone said it was going bad. Robert arrived on time and within 20-30 minutes he called me to come outside so he could explain what was going on. Long story short, the guy from Autozone was incorrect. My alternator was not bad. Robert proceeded to demonstrate the voltage load on my alternator and explained it was operating correctly. My issue has more to do with the vehicle sitting idle for long periods of time, which drains the battery due to the electronic key fob system. Robert could have just replaced the alternator, charged me the full amount and been on his way and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, Robert was very honest about the situation and only charged me a diagnostic fee. I highly recommend Robert and Your Mechanic. Convenient, honest and fair pricing. I will definitely be calling Your Mechanic, and requesting Robert, for any future automotive needs. Thanks again.
