James was GREAT! I'm used to being stood up by mechanics who say they'll be at my house by a certain time. It was refreshing that, not only did I get messages saying James was on his way, he even called and asked if it was ok if he came EARLIER! He didn't rush through the job either, as if he was in a hurry to be elsewhere. He treated my car the way I imagine he'd treat his own.
