Scott was great. He was up front and honest about all the work. He did do the repairs I asked for, only for us both to find that the noise it was making was still there . That wasn't his fault, or anyone's really. It needed much more extensive repairs than I was prepared to make, such as a rebuild if a front differential. I ended up trading it in that evening. With that said, I would absolutely use this service again and even invite Scott to service any vehicle in the future. He was honest in a nice way.

Joel was excellent and professional. Arrived early for the appointment, explained in detail what was wrong with my car, had all tools that he needed to do the job. He was courteous, and knowledgeable as well. I felt comfortable with him taking care of my car. I even had to call him after he left shortly thereafter due to a slight problem with a error code in the computer in my HHR, I texted Joel, and he said without missing a beat, "II'll be right there!", he came back within five minutes, read the codes, and fixed the problem within ten minutes flat!!
