SERVICE

Alternator

AMOUNT PAID

$94.99
by Christopher from Paradise Valley, AZ 85253

Chris has serviced both of our vehicles multiple times, and just before a scheduled service, that particular vehicle had broken down with an unrelated issue. Chris graciously changed his plans on the fly and met us at the location where the vehicle was, repaired it, and got us back on the road quickly. He also pointed out a couple of additional things to keep an eye on, and let us know the original service we'd scheduled (on advice of a different mechanic), wasn't actually needed. I will only use Chris going forward if possible; I've been very pleased with his level of customer service on every visit.

Truck stalls out when driving
Answered by Derek
Stalling issues can be not only dangerous but nerve racking, as they can be often hard to predict. There are many possible causes, and to help the technicians narrow down the cause, it is recommended to track the time, temperature...
Headlights go out randomly, will come back on after
Answered by Derek
As silly as it sounds, the issue is most likely caused by an intermittent failure in your Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM). Of course it’s important to have the circuit and connections checked, but the TIPM is the most common...
