This isn't the first time I've booked service with Jamahl, and certainly won't be the last. Jamahl is an extremely competent and genuinely nice person. Gives the honest truths about the work he's doing and does it to perfection.
Jamal was professional and courteous as usual. Prepared to do the valve cover gasket and noticed it was the wrong part.
He drive to the local BMW dealer to secure the correct part and then returned to finish the work. This is the second time Jamal has worked on my car and the third time overall and he excellent.
James was excellent and the support from the customer service team to set up the appointment was excellent. I was doing this remotely for my son who is in Orlando at school and I am in Atlanta.
James arrived, diagnosed and completed the repair very quickly was very informative and the job was completed in a matter of hours and my son was back on the road!!
I would definitely recommend the service and James!!!!
Allen was extremely friendly, accommodating, knowledgable, and honest. His communication and follow-up to ensure the vehicle was running properly following repairs, was exceptional. I would highly recommend Allen.
Keith came to check on our BMW 330i issues and told me it needed new spark plugs. Even though I had just changed them less than a month before but that did not fix the rough idle and loss of power.
Keith installed new plugs and the 330i is purring like a kitten again.
Thank you Keith for your fast and honest work !
After running into scam mobile mechanics I’m so glad I came across this website. Keith is very knowledgeable when it comes to foreign vehicles! The prices are fair & he works at a fast pace! He only recommended what I needed right now & nothing more! I’ll be booking Keith for future & present automotive needs for both of my vehicles!
He was very prompt and his communication was efficient and timely. I am out of state and asked for a pre-purchase inspection. He replied to my concerns and questions immediately and I am confident now in my new purchase. Thank you!
Edmundas is did a great on diagnosing and quickly fixing my coolant problems while being courteous and professional. He also identified other problems that I thought had been previously fixed by another mechanic. He also provided helpful advice on routine maintenance and general car care which I'm grateful for.
