This man was the greatest, he was able to look at my car, not only find the problem that I was having but also took the liberty to drive me to Advanced Auto Parts and help me exchange the part I bought for the ones I needed and saved me a good 143 dollars. Even when the Advanced Auto Parts employee was giving me a hard time for the return, he stepped in and defended me and made sure that I was refunded the correct amount of money and made sure that if the store wasn’t going to do it he would find another store that will. Overall James is a great guy and most definitely would recommend to anyone in need of car assistance. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He deserves a raise.

Brandon was kind and professional, and his expertise in his field was clear. He was incredibly thorough and communicated effectively with how the cooling system works and helped identify other components that need to be addressed - which to me seemed above and beyond what he was booked to do (replace radiator under warranty).
