Unfortunately we had a sudden drop in temperature however Tom still showed up to my home to complete the job. He did a great job cleaning up around the engine (especially considering he found a dead rat in there). Very thorough and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Thanks again Tom! Franky is a very professional mechanic. He greeted me upon his arrival and explained what the job entailed. He took some pictures of the vehicle and logged all the necessary information into the system. He was very detailed oriented and double checked and ensured all of the information required was complete. He rolled up his sleeves and worked quickly and diligently. I was impressed on how fast he rotated the tires and the oil change. I highly recommend Franky as a mechanic and will be requesting Franky in the future for any other mechanic work needed.
