Rafael's work was right on. Changed the oil & filter and told me of some issues I was unaware of. Clean. took an hour.
Only disappointment: He was delayed on a previous job and was an hour plus late. Somehow YourMechanic through their tracking system, or perhaps Rafael could have let them know. I had to call and find out that the previous appointment was running late and he was delayed. It wasn't an issue this time, and I had no plans until the end of the day, I would have appreciated knowing and understood about repair delays. I have worked on cars for a most of my life.
