Nathaniel was on time and I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He tested the alternator to see if that was the main problem, and found that both it and the battery were not working well. When replacing the battery, he informed me that the tie-in was missing and that I would need to have it replaced before getting the car inspected. I appreciated being made aware of these problems.
