Matt reach out before the actual appointment and was very professional. He got to the location on time and was able to provide a thorough review of the specific points about the car plus addressing my concerns. Having him able to check out the car for me being out of state is such a convenience and valuable service. He focused on the pros and cons of the vehicle that a dealer would probably miss when disclosing information about a car. So glad I used this service and was able to get Matt to check out the car we were interested in.

Everything was going great, until I realized the problem still exist and my car is still showing symptoms for the fixed problem. I think the engine just needto be told that the problem been fixed, but now I can’t get a response.
