John was EXACTLY on time and was friendly and efficient. He finished the job EXACTLY in two hours as estimated which I'm still in disbelief about. He showed me the leaky power steering pump he replaced in my Honda Odyssey afterwards and gave me the rest of the power steering fluid just in case a top off is needed. He also helped with the initial appointment time since I was having trouble getting through to customer service (must be crazy demand going on here and they can't hire enough CS people fast enough --> I'm not surprised). Not sure you will find a better mechanic here!!! This guy makes what he does look easy! Great first experience here: Convenient, Time-Saving, Money-Saving, and just darned great on-demand service at a great price and at your location! Can't beat it. Thank you Johnathan!
