Michael called prior to 2 PM to let us know he was running ahead of schedule (our appt. was scheduled for 3). We let him know that we lived 30 miles from the location of our car and he patiently waited for us to arrive. In the heat of the parking lot, he quickly and efficiently diagnosed and repaired the belt. Both he and the scheduling/payment process were very easy!

In my inspection, he addressed each of my concerns, taking time to show me the problems he found (collapsed mount, worn power steering hoses) and also the things that were more representative of typical wear(very minor seepage around heater hoses) that didn't require any action.
