Door Mirror

by Boyd from Montgomery, TX 77316

He came to check on reinstalling a belt that was town. It was determined that the water pump was frozen. The Vin. number indicated that it was a 2.2 engine but the name tag in the hood and the vehicle info showed that it was a 2.0 motor. He called the office and they insisted it was a 2.2 motor. The motor IS A 2.0. We pulled the diagram of on the web and verified it was a 2.0. The office said because the Vin indicated 2.2 the could not work on it. I worked for Ford and know Vin are not always correct. I am very disappointed in the overall service!!

I was very impressed with the knowledge of Maxwell! He did a phenomenal job and went above and beyond to make sure I knew what needed to get done to make my truck run smoothly. I would highly recommend him.

If I could give Maxwell 10 stars on my experience I would!!! He is honest, dependable and personable; what a breath of fresh air that is! Of course my husband was out of the country when my battery died, so I decided to try Your Mechanic and I’m glad I did. Maxwell came prepared with the new battery and connectors incase those were bad too. He was honest and said I did not need new connectors, they just needed a good cleaning, which he did. Ive had bad experiences in the past taking my car to a new place so I was pleasantly surprised to find an honest mechanic and one that comes to you to boot!! I will definitely call on Maxwell again should the need arise. I’m so tickled to have found Maxwell! Thank you, Maxwell!!!
